We aim to ship your goods within 48 hours in order that you may have them as soon as possible. If there is any delay, we will contact you to let you know.

If you are local you may call to collect your items but please let us know that you will be coming. Please complete checkout with your order and no shipping charges will be made. However a separate invoice will be issued for any sales tax due. We will email to confirm that we have your items in stock. We will have your items ready for you to collect.

If items are to be shipped please use the shipping calculator to calculate the amount required. A separate invoice will be sent for the shipping cost and any sales tax due.

Canadian residents please add 6% GST and Ontario residents please also add 8% PST.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your items or the items do not fit, we accept returns within seven days for a full refund of the purchase price.

Items shipped with a saddle or blanket will be subject only to the appropriate shipping charge for the saddle or blanket so combine your purchases to save shipping costs.
